Regret no refunds for bookings in the school holiday period
Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 100% of the full amount
Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the full amount
Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the full amount
Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the full amount
